Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds also follow Paddle’s Refund Policy.

What you are buying

Beat purchases are one-time digital downloads. After payment, the beat is added to your My Library page so you can download it. There are no subscriptions, and purchases do not give Verde Coins.

Refund window

You can ask for a refund within [REFUND REQUEST WINDOW: e.g. 14 to 30 days] of your order date.

We will always support a full refund in these cases:

  • Technical defect: the file is broken, will not download, or does not match the beat you bought, and we cannot fix it for you.
  • Accidental duplicate: you were charged more than once for the same beat.

For other requests, such as a change of mind after you have downloaded a beat, we review each one fairly together with Paddle, taking the statutory rights below into account.

Your right to cancel digital content

In some countries (for example in the UK and EU) you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download or access begins, if you agreed to immediate access and accepted that you would lose the right to cancel. By choosing to download a beat straight away, you give that consent. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email from your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
  2. Or email us at wisdomfeemailbmw@gmail.com with your order email and the beat name, and we will help.

When a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method and the beat is removed from your library.
