• Account details — your email address and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider; we never see your password in plain text). Used to create your account, sign you in and reset your password. Legal basis: contract.
• Order records — which beats you ordered, the price, order status, your account ID, and the time of purchase. Used to unlock your purchases and show them in My Library on any device. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (record keeping).
• Shared songs — only if you press share: the song title, the artist name you enter, the beat used, your lyrics and your recording. These become a public page anyone with the link can open. Legal basis: consent (you choose to share).
• Community beat uploads — the producer name, beat title, audio file, and licence terms you enter. The producer name and terms are shown publicly next to the beat. Legal basis: contract.
• Text sent to AI tools — lyrics, genre and other text you paste into the Lyric Coach or caption maker are sent to our AI provider to create a reply. We do not save this text to your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Technical data — like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you load pages, used to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You type your card or other payment details directly into Paddle’s checkout. Your card number never reaches our servers. Paddle shares with us only what we need to complete your order, such as the order ID and its status. Paddle processes your payment data under its own privacy notice.

The site uses your browser’s local storage, not tracking cookies, to keep: your shopping cart, songs you save in the Studio before sharing them, and your Verde Coin count. This stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you share a song or buy something. Our sign-in provider also stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay logged in. These are all needed for the site to work. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.

We do not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or session recording tools.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Shared songs and community uploads stay until you ask us to remove them or your account is closed. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls on our database, and private storage for paid beat files, which are only shared through short-lived download links after we check you own them.

The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
